Terms and Conditions

General

1. Virtually Available standard operating hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm Australian Eastern Standard time Monday to Friday.
2. Timelines and deadlines will be agreed prior to the commencement of service.
3. All clients must agree to a Website Development Plan, which states the type of service rendered before they are started.
4. Virtually Available reserve the right to change and or vary these Terms and Conditions from time to time as appropriate.

Pricing and payment

1. Payment to be made in $AUD via PayPal or other method as agreed, prior to commencement of service.
2. Virtually Available has the right to increase fees without notice.
3. Down payment is required upfront, before the commencement of work.
4. Any late payment will incur a 20% late fee.
5. Invoices will be itemised and forwarded upon completion of work.
